The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, business development, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more.

As an analyst, you will be tasked with analyzing datasets and synthesizing insights to drive global strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You will have the opportunity to not only shape key business decisions but also get into operationalizing programs and drive success of outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the GTM org and cross functional teams to shape and influence global strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of how the Global Support Engineering team supports Datadog customers
  • Work with Technical Post Sales leaders to ensure Datadog services are functioning as revenue multipliers for the company as they onboard and build strategic relationships with customers
  • Support reviews of global key performance metrics with senior go-to-market leaders, summarize next steps, and develop action plans in collaboration with your manager
  • Work on special projects for the c-suite and executive team
  • Support the annual GTM planning process, including business targets and revenue estimates
  • Maintain and augment reports and dashboards, refining KPIs leading to insights and business impact
  • Conduct ad hoc, deep-dive analysis to answer strategic business questions and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with stakeholders across Finance, Recruiting, Enablement, HR and more on key strategic and operational priorities

Who You Are: 

  • BA/BS/BE degree required
  • 1-3 years experience preferred in management consulting, investment banking, revenue & growth strategy functions, or equivalent experience as a business analyst
  • Quantitative thinker, with track record of distilling actionable insights from complex data
  • Organized and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles
  • Strong verbal and written communicator 
  • Experience with or desire to learn BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc) and Salesforce

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
