GTM RevOps & Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RevOps member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data to create meaningful datasets and developing dashboards and reports using Superset and Tableau. GTM Strategy/Growth:

• Form a hypothesis and develop a thesis on market segments, ICP
• Work cross-functionally across the GTM team (sales, marketing, and devrels) to define and execute growth initiatives

Data Management & Transformation:

• Maintain and optimize our backend database in Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Transform raw data into meaningful and actionable datasets.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Reporting and Visualization:

• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Superset and Tableau.
• Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making across the organization.
• Continuously improve and iterate on data visualizations to enhance user experience.

Business Insights and Data Exploration:

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SaaS metrics and an understanding of business needs.
• Understanding of marketing & sales operations, product usage, and success metrics.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data insights quickly.
• Conduct data exploration to uncover trends, patterns, & insights that drive decisions.

• 3+ years of experience as a RevOps, Data Engineer, Data Analyst or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strategic thinker, problem solver, gets stuff done
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst, with a strong background in data management and data transformation.
• Expertise in Snowflake/BigQuery and experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau & Superset
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SaaS metrics and an understanding of business needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
