TL;DR - We’re looking for a GTM recruiter to fuel Lovable’s strategic growth. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to design and execute our hiring plan. You’ll be responsible for identifying and attracting world-class top 1% GTM talent through creative sourcing strategies, building strong networks within the GTM community, and ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, “lovable” hiring experience.

What we're looking for
  • Experience as a GTM Recruiter, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or tech company.

  • Strong understanding of GTM roles and the skills required at different levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and build strong candidate relationships.

  • Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage pipelines, outreach, and reporting.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple searches simultaneously.

  • A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for great people to apply, you creatively source the best GTM talent in the world.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and craft compelling job descriptions that attract world-class GTM talent.

  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, networks, events, communities, and referrals.

  • Run structured interviews to assess skills, track record, and cultural fit.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback.

  • Stay close to industry trends in GTM recruiting, compensation, and market dynamics to sharpen our hiring strategy.

  • Contribute to employer branding by representing Lovable within the GTM community.

  • Extra plus if you are a passionate user of Lovable.
