About Us
At Hiya, we’re revolutionizing voice communication. Our mission is to modernize voice with intelligence for security and productivity
Since 2015, when we introduced the first mobile caller ID and spam-blocking apps, we’ve been at the forefront of voice intelligence innovation. In 2016, we partnered with Samsung and AT&T to launch Hiya Protect, the first network-based spam-blocking solution. In 2019, we introduced Hiya Connect, a branded call SaaS platform that helps businesses reach more customers by phone.
Today, our Voice Intelligence Platform supports over 500 million users globally. By using adaptive AI and audio intelligence, it delivers smarter, safer, and more productive voice calls across networks, apps, and devices. Our network & solution partners have grown to include British Telecom, EE, Virgin Media O2, Ericsson, Rogers, Bell Canada, MasMovil, Telenor, FICO, Twilio, and more.
About the Position
Hiya is seeking a GTM Program Manager to operationalize how we bring our products, partnerships, and campaigns to market. You’ll sit within the Product Marketing team and be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, turning GTM plans into coordinated action across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and beyond.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing order to complex cross-functional programs. You’ll take the vision for a launch or initiative, deeply understand its goals and business impact, then build the process, documentation, and accountability to make it happen — on time, on budget, and with strong alignment.
You’ll join a small, high-impact marketing team that’s defining how Hiya tells its story globally, driving growth through product launches, new market entries, partnerships, and other key moments.
What You’ll Do
- GTM planning: turn strategic goals for launches, campaigns, or new markets into clear, actionable plans with timelines, owners, and deliverables
- Cross-functional alignment: connect Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, Finance, and Creative teams around shared goals and milestones
- Campaign management: manage end-to-end execution of integrated programs, ensuring every workstream stays on track and every deliverable ladders up to the overall strategy
- Process design: build and refine frameworks for how Hiya goes to market, from workbacks and approvals to lessons learned
- Continuous improvement: host retrospectives, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and impact across launches
- Stakeholder communication: drive visibility and accountability with clear updates, timelines, and documentation that make it easy for teams to stay aligned
- Risk management: proactively identify blockers, dependencies, or scope changes and help teams adjust quickly without losing momentum
- Tools and tracking: use Asana and other project tools to organize work, document decisions, and make progress transparent to everyone involved
Qualities that will make you successful
- 4-6 years of experience in program management, campaign management, or integrated marketing within a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong understanding of GTM processes: from early planning and alignment through launch and post-launch analysis
- Equal parts strategist and doer: comfortable driving meetings, building docs, and following through on the details that make complex programs run smoothly
- Highly organized and proactive: able to bring structure to ambiguity and create calm in fast-moving environments
- Collaborative and trusted: builds strong relationships across teams and levels, earning buy-in through clarity and communication
- Confident facilitator: knows when to push for alignment, when to move forward, and when “good enough” is the right call
- Curious and improvement-minded: always looking for ways to make GTM planning more efficient and repeatable
- Fluent in project management tools: experienced with Asana or similar platforms for organizing work and maintaining visibility
