Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $180,900 - $236,175
Zone B: $162,900 - $212,675
Zone C: $150,300 - $196,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Some of your responsibilities:
- Collaborative Engagement: Partner with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams to gather and analyze feedback collected through Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives. Use this data to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations, supporting ongoing product success.
VOC Integration in Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the R&D team to incorporate VOC insights into strategic planning and prioritization. Assess potential impacts on anticipated three-year ARR and key performance indicators.
Continuous VOC Evaluation: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to assess success against revenue targets and KPIs. Establish a feedback loop with R&D and customer teams to leverage VOC insights for continuous product improvement and refinement of strategies.
VOC-Driven Pricing and Bundling Strategies: Utilize VOC insights to inform the development and implementation of consumption-based pricing models and product bundling strategies, ensuring that customer needs and preferences are met.
Development of VOC Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that highlight key VOC-driven performance indicators and strategic priorities. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes.
VOC Component Management: Collaborate with the VOC core team to update components based on feedback, ensuring accurate categorization and assignment of ENT tickets to the correct product owners.
Skills and requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years in business strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting, OR 5+ years in sales strategy, operations, or analytics.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, with proven experience in conducting complex data analysis and forecasting models. Moderate experience with Tableau is required for effective data visualization, and moderate Python experience.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and effectively communicate with senior leadership.
- Influential Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence various organizational functions at all levels.
- Product Expertise: Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and market positioning. Ability to assess product-market fit, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and identify opportunities for product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with R&D, sales, and operations to align strategic goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
