WHO WE ARE

Edmentum is a dynamic educator and student-focused company dedicated to tech-enabled learning solutions. Our goal is to ensure that all students have access to flexible learning environments and educators have the tools they need to support their students. We are on a mission to create innovative, proven learning technology, partnering with educators to ignite student potential. We are a Remote First organization with a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

At Edmentum, product decisions aren't made on instinct. They're made on evidence about what the market is asking for and how customers actually use what we build. As a GTM Product Analyst, you'll own that evidence: building the single source of truth for how every product performs from first touch through renewal, and giving Product and Revenue leadership the clarity to decide where to invest, how to compete, and how to price.

In this role you will:

  • Own a single source of truth for product GTM performance, tracking every product from pipeline generation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build portfolio-level scorecards and executive reporting that show leadership which products are winning, which are stalling, and why.
  • Find growth inside our existing customer base through cross-sell, next-best-product, white space, penetration, and expansion propensity analysis.
  • Run portfolio win/loss and competitive analysis, surfacing the objections, competitor trends, and product gaps that are costing us deals.
  • Analyze pricing, discounting, and packaging performance to show where we're discounting strategically and where we're giving away margin.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn analysis into decisions on investment priorities, roadmap, and go-to-market execution.

Who You Are

  • You have 4-6 years of hands-on data analysis experience, ideally supporting product, go-to-market, or commercial strategy teams.
  • You have advanced proficiency in PowerBI and AI tools; experience with Salesforce, Clari, SQL, and Databricks a plus
  • You are comfortable connecting pipeline, bookings, adoption, and retention data into one coherent view of how a product is actually performing.
  • You have experience with win/loss and competitive analysis, and you know how to turn loss reasons and objection trends into recommendations product teams can act on.
  • You understand the commercial side of product, including how discounting, packaging, and bundling decisions show up in win rates and retention.
  • You are skilled at working with complex, multi-source data sets and translating them into clear, compelling visuals and insights for varied audiences.
  • You are an excellent communicator, equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and collaborating with technical teams.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • You are naturally curious about data, proactive in identifying issues, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • You are collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a cross-functional environment where priorities can shift.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
