Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst. In this critical role, you will serve as a business analyst across the end-to-end go-to-market flow, connecting strategy to execution by defining requirements, diagnosing complex processes, and removing friction that slows delivery. You'll play a key role in transforming how Marketing plans, activates, and measures by simplifying workflows, reducing duplication, and enabling scale.
You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Technology, and Analytics to identify where processes or systems break down, translate those challenges into actionable business requirements, and ensure that solutions accelerate speed-to-market without compromising governance or accuracy. You will design and validate workflows that keep execution efficient and consistent from planning through revenue impact.
You thrive at the intersection of business and technology, uncovering complexity and translating it into scalable, measurable, and efficient solutions. This role is pivotal in keeping execution on track, ensuring pipeline visibility and integrity, and providing the trusted operational foundation needed for ServiceNow's shift toward buying group engagement, accelerated activation, and AI-enabled marketing at scale.
What you get to do in this role
  • Identify, diagnose, and streamline complex go-to-market processes to remove unnecessary steps and accelerate speed from strategy through activation.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications for planning, content, and activation systems (Adobe stack, integrated project management, CRM, AI-enabled tools).
  • Map existing workflows, document pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to redesign processes that scale globally.
  • Validate that data flows and processes align to business requirements before launch, preventing downstream failures in tactic creation, budget synchronization, and activation.
  • Support governance of workflows across planning, budgeting, content operations, and delivery to ensure consistency and reduce redundancy.
  • Analyze inbound enhancement requests, assess impact, and work with partners to prioritize the ones that remove blockers or drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to adoption efforts by documenting process improvements, developing role-based training, and ensuring teams understand new, simplified workflows.
  • Partner across teams to enable seamless flow from strategic planning through activation and performance measurement, ensuring operational readiness for AI-driven marketing.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with a track record of breaking down complex workflows and translating them into clear, scalable business and technical requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience working across the go-to-market lifecycle, including strategic planning, campaign and content operations, activation, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in diagnosing inefficiencies, removing process barriers, and designing solutions that simplify execution while maintaining governance.
  • 6+ years of experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, ServiceNow, CRM systems, analytics technologies, and integration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to analyze end-to-end processes, identify dependencies, and propose improvements that enable faster, error-free execution.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align campaign, content, technology, and analytics teams.
  • An AI-native mindset: applying automation, machine learning, and intelligent validation to improve execution speed, reduce manual work, and scale processes confidently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
