About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and analytically driven GTM Media Strategy & Measurement Manager to join our Go-to-Market team at Fetch. This cross-functional role will serve as the strategic and analytical backbone for our media offerings, ensuring alignment between data-driven media strategies and the evolving needs of our sales and consumer engagement efforts. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Media Activation: Act as a subject matter expert in media strategy, helping shape campaign and audience targeting approaches that align with business objectives, market dynamics, and user engagement goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with effective materials, including playbooks, case studies, and presentations, to articulate the value of our media and audience offerings.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage SQL and analytics tools to conduct deep performance analyses of campaigns and consumer behaviors. Derive actionable insights to inform optimizations and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a central hub, collaborating with product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies. Support alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Media Measurement Innovation: Help shape Fetch’s media measurement strategy by identifying the right methodologies, signals, and frameworks to quantify media impact across our platform. Partner closely with analytics, product, and marketing teams to inform the development of scalable solutions that demonstrate incrementality, attribution, and full-funnel value for partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Industry Knowledge: 8+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, ad tech, or performance analytics. Familiarity with retail media networks and/or rewards-based e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in SQL and experienced in turning raw data into compelling stories. Able to confidently present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Communicator: Comfortable crafting messaging and presentations that resonate with both internal and external audiences, with a focus on clarity and value delivery.
  • Sales-Oriented: Experience working with sales teams or in a sales support role, with strong skills in creating and presenting client-facing materials.
  • Execution Focused: Bias toward action with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or sales enablement
  • Experience in media planning, buying, performance analysis, with knowledge of digital channels (e.g., programmatic, social, search)
  • Proficiency in SQL (a must) and data analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience with the CPG, Retail and/or Restaurant
  • Proven track record of successful product launches

Compensation:
