Job Description

The GTM & Growth Marketing Manager, partner with marketing, product, sales, and other stakeholders to execute integrated go-to-market strategies for priority solutions, audiences, and growth initiatives.

Translate GTM strategies into actionable marketing plans, including messaging, content, digital activation, sales enablement support, campaigns, and events. Develop and manage GTM timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure programs move from strategy through execution. Bring forward new ideas and emerging B2B marketing practices that can improve how we engage prospects and customers.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution and Content Creation: Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across target audiences and market segments. Translate product capabilities into client-focused business outcomes. Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, content, events, sales materials, and presentations. Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Partner with marketing, sales, and product leadership and account teams to align launch strategy with pipeline and revenue goals. 25%
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Manage a high volume of content development across the marketing organization, including thought leadership, articles, executive content, customer stories, sales materials, campaign assets, web content, presentations, and event-related content. Partner with internal subject matter experts and creative resources to turn complex topics into compelling, audience-focused stories. Maintain content calendars and help identify opportunities to repurpose high-value content across channels and stages of the buyer journey. Ensure content supports broader GTM priorities rather than operating as a stand-alone marketing activity. 25%
  • Digital & Integrated Marketing: Help develop digital-first approaches to reaching priority audiences through paid, owned, earned, social, email, web, and other channels. Partner with ABM, digital, creative, and sales teams to activate content and campaigns against priority accounts and market segments. Bring curiosity around emerging marketing technology, AI, personalization, intent data, automation, and new approaches to B2B engagement. Use campaign and engagement data to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs. 25%
  • Events & Experiences: Support the marketing execution surrounding industry events, customer events, executive programs, webinars, and other experiences. Help develop event messaging, content, promotional strategies, executive materials, presentations, and follow-up campaigns. Partner with the Events team on pre-event and post-event activation to ensure events are integrated into broader GTM programs and revenue opportunities. 15%
  • Strategic Marketing Projects: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, client needs, and emerging market opportunities. Lead market research opportunities, voice of customer, industry trends research and client surveys. Lead marketing initiatives and special projects in partnership with the Head of Marketing. Collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Drive process improvements and best practices across marketing functions. 10%

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (required)

EXPERIENCE

  • Approximately 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech, martech, SaaS, financial services, payments, banking technology, or another technology-driven industry
  • Experience executing go-to-market programs or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong content development and storytelling capabilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and modern B2B buyer journeys
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, creative, digital, and/or demand generation teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent work
  • Comfortable working with executives and subject matter experts to develop market-facing content
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, ABM, intent data, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to challenge traditional approaches with new ideas

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Experience with GTM launch and execution strategies.
  • Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of marketing, marketing technology, creative brand fundamentals
  • Strong results-orientation with a track record of success
  • Dual focus on detail and strategy to ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines while adhering to strategy
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with the creative development process from concept through implementation
  • Experience partnering with and managing relationships between agencies and/or internal creative services teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to make tradeoffs and manage priorities of inbound work to drive results and deliver on time
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in group and individual settings

EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE UTILIZED

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Information

Base Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

 Applications will be accepted until the posted deadline December 1, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.

Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
