LocationWe are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
About The RoleWe're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer success. You'll design, build, and maintain the automation infrastructure and operational systems that power our entire GTM motion.
You don't need years of experience. You need to be sharp, technical, curious, and resourceful. If you're someone who automates your own workflows for fun, reaches for AI before a manual process, and loves figuring out how systems connect, this role was built for you.

Own integrations between partner tooling (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or equivalent) and HubSpot
Maintain data hygiene across partner records and flag anomalies
Own HubSpot health: properties, pipelines, record structure, data integrity, and ongoing hygiene
Triage and resolve CRM issues raised by AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders
Build one-off reports, segments, and views that give GTM leaders the data they need, when they need it
Guide team members on CRM best practices

Genuine excitement about automation, AI tools, and building operational systems
Hands-on experience, professional or self-taught, with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
Comfort with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, or equivalent vibe-coding environments
Actual coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) are a strong plus; the more technical you are, the bigger your impact
Bonus: experience as an AE or SDR at a SaaS or AI company; you'll bring first-hand instincts for what GTM teams actually need
Strong bias toward action; you ship things, you don't just plan them
High agency and ownership mentality; you see a problem, and you fix it
Clear communicator who can document and teach what you build
