Job description
- Design and own the automated workflows that ingest raw signals-like tech-stack changes or website behavior-and transform them into ready-to-act leads for Sales.
- Support the integration of LLMs to automate deep-dive account research and generate hyper-personalized outreach at a scale that maintains human-level relevance.
- Build the "connective tissue" across the revenue stack using Python, SQL, and REST APIs, ensuring seamless data orchestration between tools like Salesforce and Slack.
- Drive the technical setup and A/B testing for new growth hypotheses, moving from idea to live, instrumented campaigns in days by bypassing traditional dev backlogs.
- Develop scalable flows in Clay, Cargo, or n8n to sanitize unstructured data and validate new third-party intent sources (e.g., technographics or hiring trends).
- Directly reclaim GTM time by automating "data stitching" and delivering auto-generated "Account Cheat Sheets" directly into the CRM or Slack.
- Act as the agile executor for the experimental layer of the GTM stack, packaging and documenting successful technical plays for global adoption by the broader RevTech team.
What we look for
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operation, Sales Operations, Growth Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL - you will write code as needed.
- Strong understanding of API logic and connectivity.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with at least one modern GTM enrichment/orchestration platform (Clay, Cargo, Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to take a workflow from idea to production - scoping, building, testing, documenting, and iterating.
- Comfort working with data at scale: cleaning, transforming, enriching, and routing contact/account records.
