About the Position

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer — a hybrid builder–strategist who designs, automates, and scales top-of-funnel growth systems across segments. You’ll own both the technical infrastructure and the creative campaigns that generate demand across the entire spectrum of dentistry customers, from national DSOs to emerging practices.

You will launch and scale top-of-funnel programs, automate high-velocity workflows, run multi-channel campaigns, and create tools, such as ROI calculators, that help prospects instantly understand the value of our platform.

If you love building systems and running the campaigns that fuel those systems, you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Do

Engineer Top-of-Funnel Infrastructure

  • Build systems that adapt outreach, scoring, and routing for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB.

  • Identify segment-specific ICP signals and model purchase intent.

  • Create TOF pipelines that unify and prioritize real-time signals across channels.

Scale Campaigns Across Segments

  • Lead TOF campaign strategy and execution:

    • Enterprise: ABM plays, multi-threaded sequences, value calculators.

    • Mid-Market: persona-driven outbound + inbound accelerators.

    • SMB: automated lifecycle workflows + scalable outbound motions.

  • Develop ROI calculators and value-proof assets that support TOF conversion.

  • Use AI to build personalization engines that quickly scale ABM and outbound.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align on messaging and value proof.

Design High-Impact Growth Systems

  • Build intelligent outbound engines that trigger based on real-time signals.

  • Build custom GPT agents, enrichment bots, ABM micro-apps, and qualification tools.

  • Develop interactive ROI calculators and value simulators that dynamically adapt to segment, persona, and practice type.

  • Create predictive lead scoring models and segment-aware routing rules.

Run High-Velocity Experiments

  • Launch rapid experiments across outbound, inbound, ABM, and lifecycle.

  • Test segment-specific value props, messaging, landing pages, and ROI frameworks.

  • Systematize experiments that prove value into automated growth engines.

Who You Are

  • 3–7 years in Growth, Growth Engineering, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or similar technical GTM roles.

  • Experience running both marketing campaigns and growth systems.

  • Ability to build tools such as ROI calculators, interactive landing pages, or data-driven micro apps.

  • Fluent in Hubspot, coding, clay and automation tools

  • Creative marketer with an engineering mindset.

  • Comfortable designing Enterprise ABM and automating SMB-scale workflows.

  • Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in ambiguous environments.

Bonus Points For…

  • Healthcare, dental, or AI SaaS experience.

  • Experience with ABM platforms, outbound automation, or TOF experimentation.

  • Familiarity with predictive modeling or embeddings.

Building LLM-based agents or real-time intent systems.

Why Join Us

  • Direct exposure to the CEO and executive team; a front-row seat to building and scaling a high-growth startup.

  • Opportunity to own mission-critical projects that shape the trajectory of the company.

  • A steep learning curve with mentorship, autonomy, and clear growth opportunities.

  • A culture that values extreme ownership, growth mindset and impact over ego
