The Growth Center is high-growth Business Development Firm serving B2B SaaS companies, led by CEO Ryan Schnitzler.

We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.

We are passionate about bringing the best possible results every single day for our customers.

That’s why we’re looking for our newest Go-to-Market Specialist to join our fast-growing client fulfillment team.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist role is a key position within our client fulfillment team, responsible for powering the execution of outbound marketing campaigns through the use of tools like Clay, LinkedIn, Apollo, EmailBison, and HeyReach.

As a GTM Specialist, your role is to build and manage high-quality lead lists, enrich data, write outreach scripts, and launch targeted Outbound Campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients.

You’ll be the technical operator behind the scenes—owning the setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring clean and accurate data, and collaborating closely with Account Managers to deliver results.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands outbound marketing, is obsessed with cold email lead generation, and wants to directly impact client revenue.

You will be trained on our proven frameworks, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of results, adapt quickly, and help scale our outbound engine.

If you love cold email lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, working in tools like Clay and Apollo, and want to be part of a high-performance team helping top B2B SaaS companies grow—then this is the role for you.

As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating prospecting & list building workflows combining multiple data sources to build high-quality lead lists for Email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Living in Clay daily to utilize data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration, to increase the ROI of our outbound campaigns.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity.
  • Enriching company & prospect lists in Clay with additional information (e.g. what tech stack a prospect is using)
  • Copywriting outreach scripts for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Monitor inbox health, reply rates, and campaign metrics to continuously optimize results.
  • Interacting with clients on Slack and on weekly strategy calls, alongside the Account Manager who will be managing on the project.
  • Uploading copy and lead data into campaigns each week in EmailBison and ensuring they are launched on time for the clients you are managing.

Requirements

Here is what makes you a fit for this role:

Expert knowledge of using Clay for list building, data enrichment, and uploading lead lists into campaigns

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Data & List Building

• Data scraping proficiency and ability to understand how to build workflows using multiple data sources (e.g. Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.)

• Being well-versed in prompt engineering and AI models

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, EmailBison/SmartLead, Apollo, Hubspot, and the latest AI Sales tools

• Ability to write high-converting email and LinkedIn outreach scripts that turn cold prospects into warm leads

• Knowledge on how to connect APIs to Clay to gather data

• Experience launching and managing outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn to generate leads

• Organized and confident in your ability to own client results and outbound campaign performance

Benefits
  • Competitive Base Compensation
  • Bonuses based on KPIs being met
  • Community-driven culture
  • Fully Remote working
  • Respectful work environment
  • Education, training, and skill development
  • The opportunity to make a positive impact

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
