The GTM Engineer plays a crucial role in our AI enablement journey. This position is responsible for coordinating AI initiatives across departments, managing implementation projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI technologies.
You’ll be responsible for:
• GTM Infrastructure & Process Enablement: Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and workflows required to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies such as account-based marketing (ABM), lead scoring, lead nurture, and pipeline management.
• HubSpot & Data Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs, including workflow, pipeline, and integration management.
• AI & Automation: Deploy and manage AI-powered tools (e.g., Clay for lead generation and outreach, Instantly for cold email automation, StoreLeads and RB2B for prospecting and enrichment).
• Revenue Performance & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking key revenue and marketing metrics across the funnel, to be able to optimize campaigns and processes based on data-driven insights.
• Tool Integration & Enablement: Integrate and orchestrate data and workflows between Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, • StoreLeads, RB2B, Zapier, n8n, and the PostPilot platform. Ensure seamless prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and reporting across the stack. Train and support team members on best practices for using these tools.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or eCommerce).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and automation.
• Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools: Instantly, Clay, StoreLeads, RB2B, Zapier, and n8n.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and supporting infrastructure for GTM strategies such as ABM, lead scoring, lead nurture, and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical and data management skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data integration, API workflows, and automation best practices.
• A good understanding of SQL.
• Experience with AI tools - we’re an AI first company.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A passion for process improvement, automation, and driving measurable results.
