Job Summary

We’re reimagining the way consumers engage and stay connected through every stage of their journey. Our product is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who can turn new users into engaged, long-term customers. As our Growth Product Manager focused on user retention, you’ll own the full lifecycle of keeping users active and engaged, from their first experience to reactivation. You’ll design and optimize systems that improve onboarding, build habits, and drive long-term retention.

You’ll work closely with design, data, and engineering to build experiences that keep users coming back—and you’ll thrive in an environment that’s still early and fast-moving.

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the strategy and execution for retention and re-engagement, across multiple user stages.
  • Build and optimize tutorialization and new user experiences to convert first-time users into active ones.
  • Design re-engagement systems—push, email, in-app loops—to bring users back.
  • Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and use data to iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data to drive measurable impact.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure seamless lifecycle communication across channels.


What You’ll Bring 

  • 6 years of experience in growth or product management on a consumer apps
  • Proven track record of building or improving onboarding, activation, or engagement flows for multiple products
  • Experience working across multiple consumer apps (not just one large legacy product).
  • Mobile gaming or other habit-forming product experience is a major plus.
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, iterative environment—testing, learning, and moving fast.
  • Analytical mindset—skilled at interpreting data, running A/B tests, and prioritizing impact.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in behavioral design, lifecycle marketing, or growth analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Braze.
