Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Product manager (e-commerce) to own the bridge between our brand identity and our technical growth engine. You won't just tell our brand story; you will build the automated funnels, data pipelines, and web experiences that deliver that story to millions. You are as comfortable in Shopify as you are in a creative briefing. Your goal is to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through technical experimentation and high-fidelity brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Technical Optimization: Own the DTC website experience by improving the Customer journey onsite. Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing (using tools like Optimizely or VWO), and landing page development to ensure the brand journey is frictionless and high-converting.
- MarTech Stack Management: Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, etc.). Ensure data integrity across all platforms for accurate attribution.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Use SQL or advanced BI tools to analyze customer cohorts. Translate these technical insights into brand campaigns that resonate with specific high-value segments.
- Retention Systems: Understand lifecycle automation to brief the CRM team and build the strategy (Email/SMS) that goes beyond basic flows.
- Technical SEO & Performance: Partner with engineering to ensure site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO architecture are best-in-class to support organic brand discovery. Will will focus also on LLM activation with the support of an Agency.
- Creative/Tech Liaison: Act as the "translator" between the creative team and the development team. Turn creative concepts into technical requirements for web features, custom apps, or interactive brand experiences.
Who You Are
- Experience: 4+ years in DTC/E-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling brands using technical levers.
- Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and experience with multi-touch attribution models. Ability to write SQL is a major plus.
- Web Proficiency: Strong understanding of Shopify themes and front-end customization, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Growth Mindset: You are fluent in A/B testing and experimentation best practices, you don't guess; you test, learn, and iterate. You have partnered closely with the paid marketing teams to continuously improve performance across the funnel.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- ROAS (Marketing Efficiency Ratio): Total Revenue / Total Ad Spend.
- Conversion Rate (CVR): Continuous improvement of site-wide and landing page conversion.
- LTV/CAC Ratio: Scaling the brand profitably by increasing repeat purchase rates.
- Site Performance: Improving Page Load Speed and Core Web Vitals.
