Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth through data-driven paid media campaigns across ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll contribute to the full funnel, from strategy and creative testing to optimization and reporting, executing campaigns that efficiently acquire and convert high-quality leads. This role blends analytical precision with creative problem-solving; you'll partner closely with our creative and web teams to develop high-performing ads, test new audiences and formats, and continuously refine performance. Your expertise will directly shape how we scale our digital advertising engine and achieve ambitious growth goals.

What You'll Do
  • Lead campaign strategy and execution across multiple advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Develop and optimize audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and efficiency
  • Analyze full-funnel performance data, using insights from website analytics to guide optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and messaging to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to align visuals and messaging for maximum impact
  • Provide data-driven feedback to designers and copywriters to refine ad creative and boost conversions
  • Optimize budgets across channels to maximize ROI and performance efficiency
The Impact You'll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Accelerating growth through high-performing campaigns that attract and convert quality leads.
  • Driving creative excellence by collaborating with design and content teams to produce best-in-class ad creative.
  • Improving marketing efficiency through data-driven decision-making and continuous testing.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google with a focus on optimization and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structuring, and analytics tools
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and test high-impact ad creative
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills to translate performance insights into actionable creative guidance
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
