Now part of Inspired Thinking Group, we’re expanding rapidly as part of Storyteq’s leading creative automation platform. We’re a fast-growing team building the next generation of creative workflow tools.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of our growth. You’ll lead and optimize a range of marketing channels, manage and scale paid media, run performance experiments, and report on key metrics.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of leading both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies—from driving awareness and optimizing website conversions, to turning leads into paying customers.

We're seeking someone who’s highly data-driven, results-oriented, and eager to experiment with new channels and tactics to uncover what drives real growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, as well as other paid social channels.
  • Experiment with onboarding flows to maximize conversions from page visit to trial to paid conversion.
  • Work with sales to develop an outbound and SLG pipeline through channel experimentation.
  • Optimize email funnels to maximize engagement and conversions across trials and free plans.
  • Develop and test new content and content strategy to understand what best engages our audience to achieve our sales objectives.
  • On-page testing and analysis of media content.
  • Introduce new channels for marketing content, and utilize emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a performance/growth marketing role, preferrably in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience with paid media campaign strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience working in Google Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Userflow (or similar), Activecampaign (or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the B2B buying cycle, and how various touch points impact buying decisions.
  • Strong data and analytical skills.
  • Flexible skill set and self-starter, with the ability to bring new ideas to the table. Experience using AI or other emerging tech a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • SEO/GEO experience a plus.
  • Experience with product analytics tools a plus.
  • Be available to work in-person one (possibly two) days a week.
Benefits
  • Three weeks of personal time off, plus an extra wellbeing day, and a volunteer day, and all local official holidays.
  • Full benefits, including health and dental.
  • Support for your continuous learning, including training, courses, conferences and books.
  • The tools you need to excel at your job, whether a laptop, external screen, or other.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
