About the role:
As Monte Carlo’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs that drive measurable impact across paid, email, webinars, and organic channels. In this role, you will also partner closely with the Enterprise and Strategic Account Segment Lead to support campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with key account priorities and business objectives.
This role is highly hands-on: you’ll be an individual contributor responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, managing key digital channels, and ensuring our programs deliver pipeline and revenue results globally.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Support enterprise and strategic segment campaign creation and optimization across Google Ads (Paid Search, Display), LinkedIn Campaigns, Facebook Ads, and Influ2.
Partner with content on developing and refining keyword strategies to increase conversions from brand and non-brand sourced inquiries for paid search.
Support owned channel (website, email, blog, chatbot) conversion initiatives to drive new leads and pipeline opportunities in alignment with revenue objectives.
Manage email marketing requests and deliverable across teams by building lead segmentations, personalization, copy, testing, and funnel optimization.
Partner with marketing operations and segment leads to support campaign set-up and performance metrics tracking on our MAP (Hubspot) and CRM (Salesforce).
Measure and report on campaign results, sharing insights with cross-functional stakeholders, while proactively identifying opportunities and roadblocks, using metrics-driven decision making to optimize performance.
Experiment with innovative tactics to stay ahead of growth marketing trends, ad types, and tools to unlock new growth opportunities.
We’re excited about you because you have:
4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or digital marketing.
Deep expertise in B2B paid channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, and Facebook Ads.
Proven ability to create strategic briefs and work cross-functionally with email, web, social, advertising, and creative teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience partnering with Marketing Operations and using automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot) to support campaign execution.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, 6sense, and Salesforce (a plus).
Advanced analytical skills and comfort with reporting platforms; able to extract insights and present findings clearly.
Startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus.
