  • Optimize digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms to drive MQLs and pipeline
  • Improve Webflow website visibility and conversion, including SEO optimization and presence in AI / LLM search
  • Build dashboards and performance reports that fuel decision-making across Marketing and Sales
  • Partner with Sales to align lead handoff, targeting, and campaign execution
  • Map lead journeys and implement experiments to increase conversion at every stage
You Should Have

  • Expertise in HubSpot and CRM strategy, including segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture
  • Experience with Webflow for website design and content management
  • Strong track record of managing paid search and social campaigns with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting tools
  • Experience with SEO, website optimization, and emerging search strategies (LLMs, AI search)
  • Proven ability to connect marketing insights to business impact—comfortable building reports and attribution models
  • A strong understanding of sales funnels, MQL/SQL definitions, and cross-functional alignment
  • A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity marketing to HR/benefits professionals or working in employee benefits/HR tech
  • Experience with ABM platforms, enrichment tools, or data providers (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, GA4, and landing page experimentation
Benefits
  • Remote-first company structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
