Who You Are:
  • A full-funnel growth marketer with a test-and-learn mindset and strong instincts for what moves the needle.
  • Deep experience with performance marketing, landing page optimization, and CRM/email nurture flows.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You're analytical and love finding insights in data — but you're also a creative thinker who can craft compelling offers and messaging.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, self-starting, and stretching across channels to figure out what works.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, or B2B2C environments — especially ones that sell to SMBs or non-technical buyers.
Desired Experience:

  • Experience with attribution models, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools
  • Track record of owning and improving funnel metrics from awareness to conversion
  • Bonus: You’ve marketed to small businesses, service providers, or in a two-sided marketplace
  • Extra bonus: You’ve built scalable marketing programs with a lean team or solo
What You'll Do:
  • Own the acquisition engine across paid, organic, referral, and partner channels
  • Design and execute campaigns to drive demo volume, pipeline, and revenue — fast
  • Test and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, ad creative, and email nurture flows
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and offer testing
  • Partner closely with Sales, Rev Ops, and Partnerships to drive qualified lead growth
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels (e.g. YouTube, affiliate, podcast, etc)
  • Build and manage our marketing automation and attribution stack (HubSpot, GA4, Meta/Google Ads, etc.)
Why work with us?
  • Competitive wages.

  • Competitive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k for our full-time employees.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO).

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
