About The Role

Espresa has a vision to make a better workplace, and that starts with our own company. We’re on a mission to personalize benefits so that all employees feel valued, and we know that means we must value our people.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be hands-on with marketing campaigns from idea to launch–writing, designing, and publishing content that connects with prospects across channels. This is a creative, execution-focused role for someone with a generalist skillset in digital marketing who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll balance email marketing, content creation, SEO support, and light design to help move prospects through the funnel and support customer engagement. This role will focus on building a scalable library of high-performing landing pages that support inbound search, email nurture tracks, and customer education. Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or B2B is a plus–we’re in a complex, consultative sales environment and appreciate people who know how to market in it.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize UX-forward landing pages in Wordpress to drive conversion across inbound, nurture, event, and customer campaigns
  • Own execution of lifecycle and nurture campaigns that support upsell, onboarding, product education, and re-engagement using WordPress and Pardot
  • Lead the creation and optimization of landing pages that drive inbound traffic, capture leads, and support multi-channel campaigns (ads, emails, search, and events)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop custom content or landing pages that support demos, onboarding, and strategic account growth
  • Conduct SEO research and competitor analysis using GSC and SEMrush
  • Create lightweight graphics and edit video content for digital campaigns
  • Manage newsletters and ongoing marketing communications
  • Partner with the Marketing team on timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional launches
  • Pitch and assist with miscellaneous creative projects (social, internal comms, presentations, and more)
  • Help improve content structure and user experience on the website to drive engagement and search visibility
  • Support digital ad campaigns and create associated landing pages

This role is a great fit for someone with a couple of years of experience in digital marketing who’s ready to deepen their creative and campaign execution skills in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Required Tools & Certifications:

  • WordPress (for page building and content updates)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Pardot (email builder and basic segmentation experience  preferred)
  • Google Search Console and SEMrush (or equivalent SEO tools)

We are an equal-opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.

For U.S. Based Candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
