This includes DNA extraction, PCR, genotyping, next generation sequencing products and services

Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing, , you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that attract new customers and expand existing relationships through cross-sell, upsell, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. With ownership over your campaigns and exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and product lines, you’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting focus quickly based on business needs and impact potential.

A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach are essential to thrive in this fast-paced and evolving role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, events) across multiple genotyping product and services
  • Deliver full-funnel, multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events, email) that support strategic account growth, cross-sell, and upsell objectives - including the development of automated nurture streams to engage prospects and move leads efficiently through the funnel.
  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies, including the creation of template LinkedIn posts and guidance to support consistent messaging and engagement across the wider LGC commercial team.

  • Drive new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-priority segments and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to ensure messaging, targeting, and timing are fully aligned with business priorities.
  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset to campaign development, using experimentation to optimise messaging, channels, and tactics and iterating based on performance insights.
  • Manage campaign-related lead imports and perform initial QA checks to ensure leads are routed correctly and follow-up can proceed smoothly - partnering with the Marketing Operations team where needed for system support.
  • Collaborate with distribution teams to support growth within indirect channels, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and deliver sales enablement materials (e.g. sell sheets and follow-up templates) that support effective outreach, improve conversion, and reinforce campaign messaging.
  • Proactively build internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) - helping to shape campaign messaging, uncover unmet needs, and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
  • Clearly communicate marketing plans, priorities, and campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders through regular updates, dashboards and presentations - ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared accountability across teams.
  • Create high-quality content including application notes, case studies, sales enablement tools, and campaign assets aligned to partner and customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (MQLs, conversion rates, ROI), providing insights and recommendations to improve impact.
  • Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and enhance targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and best practices across the wider team.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic marketing partner to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the agrigenomics, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Exposure to campaign planning and execution, with a clear understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
  • Comfortable working across a broad product portfolio and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to assess urgency vs. impact and act accordingly.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, MCAE, Salesforce) and project management system (Asana).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently while staying aligned to team objectives.
