About Faire

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local — independent retailers around the globe are doing more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, but individually, they are small compared to these massive entities. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so that small businesses everywhere can compete with these big box and e-commerce giants.

By supporting the growth of independent businesses, Faire is driving positive economic impact in local communities, globally. We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About this role

  • Own the keyword feed implementation in Channable setting up keyword experiments to create a scalable and simplified program.
  • Launch new campaigns experiments following a structured roadmap in order to optimize the full-funnel experience through tactics including (but not limited to) keywords, ad copy testing, landing page optimization and bid management.
  • Utilize the latest AI tools and LLMs to rapidly test, improve operational efficiency, and create new levers for campaign optimization

Qualifications

  • 3-5  years direct, hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) with a sizable monthly budget.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign optimization techniques on Search and PMAX.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools for optimizing and making bulk campaign changes (Google Ads Editor, Channable, etc.)
  • Understanding of key paid marketing metrics and their impact on performance.

  • Experience using AI to automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting
  • Familiarity with AB testing and experience launching experiments in Google Ads
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products aimed at small business owners is a strong plus
  • Experience in managing a cross-border program is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Loves working with AI, APIs, and automation tools to solve tedious problems

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
