Compensation:       $90,500.00 - $113,250.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

OneStream is seeking a tech‑savvy, data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager – Email & Webinar to own and optimize two of the organization’s most important demand channels: email and webinars. This high‑impact, high‑visibility role works cross‑functionally across Campaigns, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Business Development to drive engagement, pipeline creation, and customer lifecycle progression.

This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform ownership, enablement, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate enjoys digging into data, building processes and experiments, and turning insights into action.

In this position, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead HubSpot email marketing strategy and execution, develop lifecycle nurture programs, orchestrate webinar promotion and follow‑up, and serve as the day‑to‑day SME for Goldcast, enabling teams to run high‑quality webinars independently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 Email & Lifecycle Marketing 

  • Own the day-to-day email marketing strategy including execution, measurement and optimization of targeted programs.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle nurtures, event and webinar promotion, post-webinar follow-up journeys and re-engagement programs. 
  • Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies using firmographic, intent, behavior and third-party data. 
  • Create structured A/B and multivariate testing plans across content, subject lines, CTAs, cadence, and audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend ongoing optimization opportunities. 
  • Partner with broader Marketing team to share email best practices and insights. 

Webinar Program Execution & Optimization 

  • Manage the webinar promotion and lifecycle journey, from registration through follow-up. 
  • Serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert and power user for the Goldcast platform.
  • Define and maintain webinar standards, templates, and best practices within Goldcast. 
  • Enable Campaign Managers, Field Marketing, and other teams to execute their own webinars through training, documentation, and guidance. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and SMEs to support compelling webinar experiences. 
  • Coordinate with Campaign Managers to ensure webinars align to priority segments and pipeline needs. 
  • Optimize registration, attendance, engagement, and conversion through continuous improvement and provide sales. with relevant webinar engagement and intent insights. 
  • Track webinar contribution to pipeline and lifecycle movement in partnership with Marketing Operations. 
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new features to improve attendee experience and outcomes. 

Data, Insights & Optimization 

  • Analyze performance of email and webinar programs. 
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps using engagement and pipeline data. 
  • Build and maintain webinar & engagement reporting using Goldcast tools and dashboards. 
  • Develop test-and-learn roadmaps for both channels. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to access dashboards and deliver insight-driven recommendations. 
  • Report on channel impact across engagement, pipeline creation, and lifecycle progression. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership, including regular updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to guide future marketing efforts.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or financial technology.
  • Understanding the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention and advocacy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) including email, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience managing webinars using platforms such as Goldcast, ON24, Zoom, or similar.
  • Experience in Salesforce or related CRM.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills.  
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Innovative, curious, and comfortable experimenting and iterating.  

Travel

  • Regular travel is not expected for this position but may be required up to 10%.
