Acceler8 Labs is where growth gets personal.
We’re a growth marketing company founded by two former Facebookers who decided to build something better after seeing the gap between traditional agencies and the real needs of modern brands.
We believe scale isn’t about bigger budgets but smarter decisions. Our team has helped brands across the globe generate over $1 billion in revenue by combining sharp strategy, bold creativity, and hands-on execution.
We’re designed for the digital era, where everything evolves at the speed of light. Our work evolves alongside it, adapting to the industries, platforms, and audiences we help grow.
We partner with some of the world’s fastest-growing brands, from disruptive startups to global household names, to turn marketing spend into measurable business growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to own how Acceler8 Labs goes to market and turn our marketing activity into measurable business growth.
This is a broad, hands-on role encompassing growth strategy, demand generation, content, brand, and marketing operations.
You won’t be expected to personally execute every piece of the marketing function. You will, however, own the plan and keep it moving. You’ll work across our internal team, leadership, and external partners to turn ideas into campaigns, content, events, partnerships, and other growth initiatives, while keeping priorities, timelines, budgets, and outcomes organized.
A big part of the role will be bringing greater structure and rigour to how we market Acceler8. You’ll connect the dots between our website, paid acquisition, content, CRM, email, sales activity, partnerships, and market presence, identifying where we should focus and where there are opportunities to do something differently.
Ultimately, this role is about building a marketing engine that creates demand, supports sales, and contributes to pipeline and revenue. You’ll have plenty of room to test, learn, and shape what that engine looks like as Acceler8 continues to grow.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own Acceler8’s growth marketing strategy and quarterly roadmap, identifying the channels, campaigns, audiences, offers, and opportunities most likely to generate qualified demand
- Lead demand generation across paid media, website, email, content, and other relevant channels, working with internal and external resources to execute and optimize activity
- Own Acceler8’s website, messaging, and market positioning within our existing brand framework, continuously improving how we communicate our value and convert prospective clients
- Develop and manage our content strategy and editorial calendar, including thought leadership, case studies, client stories, newsletters, industry commentary, and leadership content
- Build and improve the marketing funnel, including CRM, marketing automation, nurture journeys, lead routing, source attribution, UTM tracking, and the journey from first touch through to qualified opportunity
- Partner closely with leadership, sales, and partnerships to develop campaigns, messaging, case studies, pitch materials, and other resources that help create and convert opportunities
- Identify partnerships, events, speaking opportunities, awards, and other channels that can strengthen Acceler8’s presence and create new sources of demand
- Own the project management behind Acceler8’s marketing activity, keeping workstreams, calendars, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines organized and proactively communicating progress
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting across marketing activity, connecting channel performance to qualified leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue
- Manage marketing investment across paid media, technology, content, events, and external resources, using performance data to recommend where we should increase, reduce, or redirect spend
- Maintain an ongoing testing roadmap, using performance data and market insights to continuously improve how Acceler8 generates and converts demand
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Have experience owning marketing across multiple channels rather than specializing in just 1 area
- Understand how paid acquisition, content, email, websites, CRM, and sales activity work together to create and convert demand
- Are commercially minded and comfortable measuring marketing against pipeline and revenue, not just reach, traffic, or engagement
- Are an excellent project manager who can turn a broad strategy into clear priorities, timelines, owners, and next steps
- Are highly organized and proactive, keeping multiple workstreams moving and communicating progress before someone needs to ask
- Can move comfortably between strategy and execution, knowing when to get into the details and when to bring in the right internal or external resource
- Have experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms and understand lead journeys, attribution, nurture, and funnel management
- Can develop strong messaging and content, whether you’re shaping a campaign, refining website copy, or turning an idea into a clear story
- Enjoy testing new ideas and channels, but bring enough rigour to know what is working, what is not, and where to focus next
- Communicate clearly and confidently across leadership, sales, creative, external partners, and other stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve, and can bring structure to ambiguity without losing momentum
- Live in Canada (we’re a remote-first team)
