About the role

Counsel Health is seeking a high-caliber, analytically minded Growth Marketing Manager, B2B to help build and scale our enterprise growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing, and is designed for someone who thrives at translating complex healthcare technology into compelling narratives that drive measurable growth.

You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, AI, and Product teams to develop messaging, produce high-impact content, and design campaigns that shape how Counsel communicates its value to enterprise buyers.

You will own
  • Growth messaging and experimentation: Develop and continuously test messaging across campaigns, using performance data to refine how Counsel communicates its value.

  • Content that powers distribution: Produce high-impact assets, including white papers and case studies, that fuel demand generation, outbound sales efforts, and brand awareness.

  • Enterprise channel optimization: Own experimentation and optimization across key B2B growth channels, including LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales messaging, and media partner campaigns.

What you’ll do
  • Growth campaign execution: Design and execute campaigns targeting enterprise buyers. You will run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.

  • Sales enablement content: Create assets that support enterprise sales conversations and outbound email campaigns.

  • Thought leadership content: Partner with the commercial team to develop high-quality thought leadership assets that position Counsel as a leader in AI-enabled primary care.

  • Channel optimization: Own day-to-day experimentation across LinkedIn Ads and other enterprise marketing channels, refining audience targeting, messaging, and creative to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Data-driven storytelling: Use product data, industry insights, and performance analytics to craft narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and differentiate Counsel in a rapidly evolving market.

What you’ll bring
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing across product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or demand generation, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Content craftsmanship: You have experience producing high-quality marketing and sales content and executive-level collateral.

  • Narrative builder: You can take complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.

  • Analytical mindset: You are comfortable using data to guide experimentation and decision-making. You understand how to evaluate performance across campaigns, messaging tests, and growth channels.

  • Channel fluency: You have hands-on experience running or optimizing B2B marketing channels such as LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales campaigns, or demand generation programs.

  • Startup mentality: You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable building processes, systems, and assets from scratch.

Bonus points for
  • AI product exposure: Experience marketing AI-powered or technically complex products, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear messaging.

  • Content Marketing Experience: Experience owning the end-to-end production of long-form marketing assets, such as white papers, research reports, or case studies.

  • Performance marketing exposure: Hands-on experience optimizing paid social or other performance channels within a B2B context.
