In 10 years, we envision a world where every conversation between a business and an individual begins with hirepluto. We’re on a mission to build the most versatile, flexible, and secure voice AI on the planet—empowering businesses to forge deeper, more meaningful connections at scale. Our journey starts in recruitment with our flagship product: a cutting-edge, end-to-end digital interviewer designed for enterprise. Join us as we revolutionize the way businesses and people connect.

We’re a rapidly growing early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors, and we’re looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Lead to build and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. As one of our earliest Go-To-Market (GTM) hires, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our growth engine from the ground up and work with an ambitious, world-class team.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Execute Growth Strategies: Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, referral, partnerships, etc.) that drive measurable user growth and revenue.

  • Build the Growth Engine: Own the marketing funnel end-to-end. Define KPIs, set targets, and continuously iterate on tactics based on data and insights.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to inform product roadmaps, align on feature launches, and create cohesive go-to-market plans.

  • Develop Brand & Positioning: Shape and refine hirepluto’s brand messaging to resonate with our target markets, ensuring consistent narratives across all channels.

  • Leverage Analytics & Data: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, forecast outcomes, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Experiment & Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging channels. Constantly test new ideas to uncover scalable tactics and channels for growth.

What You Need

  • Winning Mindset & Attitude: A relentless drive to succeed. Startups are challenging, so being resourceful and willing to go the extra mile is essential.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving growth through marketing initiatives—preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment.

  • Obsession with Growth: A data-driven mindset, strong experimentation skills, and a passion for optimizing funnels and conversion rates.

  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Comfort in a fast-paced environment; the desire to continuously learn, master your craft, and push boundaries.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content, shaping brand messages, and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Bonus Points: Previous founder experience, or prior involvement scaling an early-stage startup’s marketing function.

Why Join Us

  • Extremely Generous Equity: We offer 0.5%–1.5% equity—2x–3x above market rate for similar roles—giving you significant ownership in the company’s future.

  • Ambition & Impact: Work with a smart, hard-working, and driven team, all building toward a massive vision (aiming for a $100b+ company).

  • Customer-Focused Mission: Shape how small and large businesses connect with talent, directly impacting hiring outcomes and transforming candidate experiences.

  • Growth & Learning: Thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment where you’ll grow professionally and personally.

  • Well-Funded Backing: We have strong investor support, providing the resources needed for rapid experimentation and scaling.

You Might Not Be the Best Fit If…

  • You Seek a Typical 9-5: If you prefer predictable roles without significant responsibility, this may not be right for you.

  • You Don’t Love Change: AI and tech evolve rapidly, and we constantly adapt to leverage new capabilities and keep our customers ahead.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay:

    • Base salary of $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (DOE)

    • Performance based bonuses

  • Benefits:

    • 401(k)

    • Dental insurance

    • Health insurance

    • Paid time off

    • Parental leave

  • Equity: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
