Your Week- Run 5+ growth experiments across paid, organic, viral channels
- Generate 1000+ self-serve signups AND 20+ enterprise demos
- Optimize funnels: awareness → activation → revenue → retention
- Ship landing pages, in-app prompts, email campaigns that convert
- Track every dollar from first touch to closed deal
- Drive signups through PLG motions
- Generate qualified demos for enterprise sales
- Build viral loops, free tools, referral programs
- Master paid channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit
- Test unconventional channels before competitors find them
- Increase free-to-paid conversion
- Own all metrics: CAC, LTV, MQL→SQL, churn
- Build attribution models that actually work
- Ship weekly experiments that compound growth
- Cut churn through smart interventions
- Identify self-serve users ready for enterprise upgrades
- Build programs that turn customers into advocates
- Increase LTV through expansion revenue plays
Must Haves:
- 3-6 years crushing growth for B2B SaaS (both PLG and sales-led)
- Proven track record: real revenue, not vanity metrics
- Hands-on with tools: ads platforms, analytics, CRM, SQL
- Love being in the weeds, not just strategizing
- Understand unit economics for both self-serve and enterprise
