Vendelux helps companies discover the best events. Event marketers are the unsung heroes of successful companies. From generating leads to building world-class brands, event marketers make magic happen throughout the year. Vendelux is here to help maximize the impact of all the events that a company sponsors and attends.

We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Shutterstock, Bain, ZoomInfo, Zulily, NewtonX and Compass.

We’re looking for a creative, scrappy, and technically skilled Growth Marketer to scale demand generation, outbound automation, and top-of-funnel experimentation. You’ll own outbound - by leveraging Vendelux’s data and running campaigns that consistently drive qualified leads.

Beyond outbound, you’ll get creative with brand-led growth, paid and organic initiatives, and anything scrappy that captures attention. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and execute fast while also using our own data on 250,000+ B2B events to position Vendelux as a thought leader and drive pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Around half of the focus of this role will be on putting together + optimizing our outbound engine that combines Vendelux’s leading event data, intent data, and constantly refined / tested messaging.

  • Outbound Ownership - manage and help architect full-funnel outbound system - from lead sourcing and enrichment to sequencing and analytics

  • Own existing outbound tools and suggest/test new tools

  • Build hyper-personalized outbound workflows using event attendee data, intent data, ICP filters, and dynamic segmentation

  • identify what messaging and triggers drive demos and meetings

  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, CTAs, timing, personas, and content

  • Report on outbound performance (demos booked, conversion rates, show rates, pipeline influenced)

  • Pull and analyze data to uncover trends across event performance, outbound conversion, and buyer intent

Beyond outbound, the other portion of this role will include growth marketing / demand gen

  • Launch and track creative GTM campaigns to validate new ICPs, messages, and channels

  • Create high-converting landing pages and interactive tools or demos

  • Build viral tools or shareable components that drive organic acquisition through word-of-mouth

  • Leverage LinkedIn organic & paid to grow brand and eventually inbound interest in Vendelux

  • Continuously research new tools, platforms, and frameworks for growth

  • Help use our website as a performance channel, optimizing for conversion, experimenting with messaging, creating campaigns, and scaling what works

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a successful growth marketer at a B2B SaaS seed or series A startup with a sales led growth motion; plg experience is useful as well but must have SLG experience with products with at least $20K ACV

  • You have a data-driven mindset and experience running A/B tests and interpreting results

  • You have strong copywriting skills and understand how messaging impacts virality and conversion

  • You're comfortable with basic design skills and can create visually appealing assets without always needing a designer

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment

  • You've been an early-stage employee at a startup and understand how to prioritize for maximum impact

  • Fluent in using Hubspot as a CRM / reporting tool

  • You’re scrappy, decisive, and ready to pivot based on real-time feedback.

  • Experienced with AI tools and have the mind set to always test and integrate new tools.

Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non-traditional backgrounds.

Vendelux is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
