Build Something Beautiful.

Our Beliefs

Everyone builds.

Engineering is free. Distribution is the bottleneck.

The constraint is knowing what to ask.

AI-first.

Launch 40 times a day, not 4 times a month.

Velocity over perfection.

Don't do the thing 10 times. Build an AI-powered system that can do it 1,000 times, 100 times faster.

Grow

We ship apps in days. The bottleneck isn't building—it's getting the world to notice.

Bildbot is an AI studio building picks and shovels for vibe coders. We have a portfolio of live products: Zeer (name + domain generator), talkex (voice memo → buildable specs), ColorVibe (brand palettes), and Drops (executable feature recipes for AI-assisted development). We ship fast. We need someone who can distribute just as fast.

This isn't a strategy role. You're not making decks. You're not "developing a go-to-market plan." You're launching products, finding channels that work, building systems that scale, and doing it again tomorrow.

The key insight: Don't do the thing 10 times. Build an AI-powered system that can do it 1,000 times.

That means you're not just posting to social—you're building AI-powered content pipelines. You're not just launching on Product Hunt once—you're creating repeatable launch playbooks that work across 10-20 products. You're not just writing copy—you're training systems to produce copy at scale, then applying taste to make it sharp.

What You'll Do

Build growth systems, not campaigns. Every manual task you do twice should become a system. Content calendars that auto-populate. Launch checklists that trigger workflows. Distribution pipelines that run while you sleep.

Own the full funnel. From first touch to conversion. SEO, content, social, email, paid (when it makes sense), Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, Reddit. Landing pages, copy, CTAs, onboarding flows. If it affects growth, it's yours.

Launch relentlessly. 5+ social posts a day. 2+ emails a week. Product Hunt. App Store. LinkedIn. Twitter. You find the channels, you work the channels, you systematize the channels.

Use AI as your multiplier. Claude is your co-pilot. You draft with AI, edit with taste, and ship at 10x speed. When you need a tool that doesn't exist, you build it—or you spec it and we build it together.

Run experiments, kill losers fast. SEO? Content? Paid? Direct outreach? Community? We don't know what works yet for each product. You'll run experiments, read the data, and double down on winners. No attachment to tactics that don't perform.

Build in public. The Bildbot story—one person + AI = portfolio of shipped products—is the content. You'll document the journey, share real numbers, and turn our process into marketing.

Who You Are

You ship. Show us the last 5 things you launched. Side projects, campaigns, products—we want to see a trail of output, not a trail of plans.

You get our audience. Our customers are solo founders, indie hackers, and first-time builders using AI to ship products they couldn't have built alone. You understand their journey—the excitement of getting something working, the frustration of not knowing what comes next, the gap between "I built a thing" and "I have a business." Maybe you've lived it yourself. You can speak to their motivations, their pain points, and their aspirations because you've been in their shoes or spent real time in their communities.

AI-native. You use Claude or ChatGPT daily. You're faster because of it. You can't imagine working without it. You're already thinking about how to automate your own job.

Systems thinker. When you do something manually twice, your instinct is to systematize it. You think in workflows, not tasks.

Technical enough. You can open Claude Code or an IDE. Ideally you have built something with them that you are using now to drive growth. You don't need to read code, but looking at it doesn't scare you. You can talk to engineers.

Design eye. You know when something looks off. You can approve assets without needing a designer to validate your judgment.

Copy instincts. You can take AI-generated copy and make it sound human, compelling, and sharp. You know the difference between correct and good.

Low friction. You're available, responsive, and energized. You don't have a complicated setup that makes you slow.

Plugged in. You follow what's new. New tools, new channels, new tactics. You're curious about what's next in AI, growth, and distribution.

This Isn't For You If...
  • You want to "develop a strategy" before doing anything

  • You need approval loops and check-ins to feel comfortable

  • You think AI tools are overhyped or haven't bothered learning them

  • You measure success in meetings held, not results shipped

  • You haven't shipped something in the last 30 days

  • You do tasks manually that could be automated

Details

Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week in office (Cambridge/Kendall Square area). Ideas happen faster in person.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
