We're hiring a Growth Intern.
This isn't a traditional growth role. You won't be optimizing funnels or running playbook GTM motions — you'll be experimenting, building, and figuring things out from scratch alongside a tight-knit team.
We're looking for someone creative and scrappy who gets excited about writing a new playbook from scratch. That might mean dreaming up a partnership, hosting a hackathon, studying user behavior for a product-led growth motion, or telling our story on social media. The through-line is curiosity and a bias toward action — we value people who move on ideas, not just those who conceive them.
If you're someone who sees an open field and sprints toward it, we'd love to meet you.
ResponsibilitiesIdeate and run experiments across growth channels — partnerships, events, hackathons, social media, and more
Perfect user onboarding and the overall experience on the platform
Help build and engage our early community of researchers, developers, and builders
Track what's working, share learnings with the team, and iterate fast
Pitch your own ideas — we want to hear them
You’re available to start immediately and work full-time for 6 months with possibility for extension
You're a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
You're genuinely creative and comfortable with ambiguity
You have a feel for communities, culture, and how things spread
You've organized events, built an audience, or worked on a side project that got traction
You don't need to have done "growth" in a traditional role before — you just need to be curious and hungry to figure it out
Most AI is frozen in place - it doesn't adapt to the world. We think that's backwards. Our mandate is to build efficient intelligence that evolves in real-time. Our vision is AI systems that are flexible, personalized, and accessible to everyone. We believe efficiency is what makes this possible - it's how we expand access and ensure innovation benefits the many, not the few. We believe in talent density: bringing together the best and most driven individuals to push the boundaries of continual adaptation. We're looking for builders and creative thinkers ready to shape the next era of intelligence.
