The monday.com for Nonprofits team seeks a Growth Entrepreneur to join our mission of helping nonprofits worldwide overcome their most significant challenges by leveraging the power of monday.com's Work OS. You’ll have the autonomy to build and execute growth engines from the ground up - combining creativity, experimentation, and data to unlock sustainable, scalable growth. As a team, we are embracing a forward-looking vision where AI and innovative tools will increasingly become part of how we create impact, opening new opportunities to reimagine what’s possible. Our team is currently assisting over 24,000 nonprofits from 149 countries, and we are focused on scaling the number of nonprofits in our program.

What will you be doing in this role:

  • Wake up every morning with the mission of aiding tens of thousands of nonprofits worldwide in expanding their impact with our platform.
  • Play a pivotal role in creating new growth engines for monday.com for Nonprofits.
  • Work within one of the most notable Work OS programs for nonprofits alongside highly talented individuals.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our TLV location.


About The Role
  • Identify nonprofit market needs and find new growth opportunities.
  • Build innovative solutions on top of monday.com to meet these needs.
  • Create and lead end-to-end funnels of new solutions, from marketing to successful adoption.
  • Optimize existing funnels of nonprofits joining our program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to find creative opportunities that can create win-win collaborations.
  • Implement data-driven practices to monitor, report, and enhance growth.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Growth or a similar entrepreneurial role.
  • Experience in leading a new product/business initiative from early stage to scale.
  • You know how to find growth opportunities, build and test them yourself until you create a new growth engine.
  • Ability to collaborate and get stakeholders' buy-in from different domains in the company (Sales, Marketing, GTM, R&D).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a highly proactive approach.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Passion for working with nonprofits - must.
  • Proficiency in English - must.
  • Entrepreneurial background - advantage.
  • Experience with AI - advantage.
