Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Growth / Performance Marketing Lead to own our digital acquisition end-to-end. You’ll be accountable for driving efficient growth across paid and organic channels, the website, continuously improving conversions, and partnering cross-functionally to turn traffic into revenue/pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can set strategy, build and manage the plans with help from AI, agencies and contractors as needed.
What You’ll Own
Growth + Revenue Outcomes
Own targets across pipeline/revenue including CAC/ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and channel efficiency.
Lead full-funnel strategy: acquisition → conversion → closed won signals for a sales led growth motion.
Website
Own website performance across UX, CRO, SEO health, site speed/Core Web Vitals, landing page conversion, and measurement.
Manage the web roadmap: performance, information architecture, tracking instrumentation.
Digital Channels
Own performance across relevant channels: search, social, ads, and more as relevant.
Build a creative performance system: testing hooks, offers, formats, and landing pages
CRO
Own the CRO roadmap: A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page iteration to lift conversion rates.
Use funnel analytics + user insights to find friction and optimize UX
SEO / AEO
Own SEO + AEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, schema) to grow organic traffic, rankings, and qualified conversions.
Optimize for AI search and answer engines and “best answer” visibility.
Measurement, Analytics, and Attribution
Own the analytics and performance reporting stack: GA4, tag management, attribution, dashboards.
Partner with data/RevOps on lead Lead quality, pipeline and attribution
Must-Have Experience
Demonstrated ability to use AI to scale digital programs while maintaining quality
5+ years of experience in Growth/performance marketing with ownership of targets and budgets.
Proven ownership of a website as a growth lever
SEO track record including technical SEO (indexation, CWV, schema, IA) and content strategy.
Knowledge of digital and measurement tools

The annual salary for this role is $120,000-$140,000 with a bonus eligibility of $10,000 annually.
