Role Description

As a Growth Campaigns Lead focused on Acquisition within the Integrated Marketing org, you’ll be the engine behind Dropbox’s next wave of customer growth—bringing new users into the product through scalable, data-driven campaigns across product-led and sales-led motions. You’ll play a crucial role in areas such as audience strategy, cross-channel experimentation, and campaign performance optimization to accelerate top-of-funnel demand and drive high-intent users into the product. You’ll partner closely with marketing channel teams, PMM, and sales teams to align acquisition strategy across both motions. In this role, you’ll lead planning, forecasting, and performance measurement across acquisition campaigns, testing new channels and creative approaches—including the use of AI to optimize targeting, messaging, and automation. You’ll gain senior leadership exposure, regularly sharing campaign strategies, performance insights, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end acquisition campaign strategy to bring new users into the Dropbox ecosystem through both product-led and sales-led funnels.
  • Map and coordinate the early-stage customer journey, identifying key entry points and high-leverage acquisition opportunities.
  • Design and execute growth experiments across messaging, targeting, and channels—leveraging AI-driven tools and insights to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Partner with data science and channel teams to forecast pipeline, measure impact, and optimize cost-per-acquisition across segments.
  • Translate experimental learnings into scalable, repeatable campaigns that fuel consistent pipeline growth.
  • Ensure brand and message consistency across campaigns while tailoring delivery to audience personas and intent stages.
  • Share insights and best practices to strengthen Dropbox’s growth engine and inform future go-to-market plays.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS acquisition
  • Proven success driving user or lead acquisition across both product-led and sales-led motions
  • Deep understanding of funnel dynamics, conversion levers, and early-journey marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, attribution, and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to design and interpret marketing experiments using data and insight to iterate rapidly
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., for audience targeting, creative optimization, or workflow automation)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort influencing senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling acquisition programs in high-growth SaaS or freemium environments
  • Proficiency in experimentation and automation platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, lifecycle handoff, and pipeline measurement frameworks
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalization, predictive lead scoring, or generative content workflows
  • Strategic marketing/analytics background
