We are seeking a strategic Manager of Revenue Operations and Growth to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. Reporting to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Your day to day is to…
  • Drive Breef’s revenue strategy and development - implementing comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Oversee our current (and future) growth team - inclusive of sales & performance marketing. Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure cohesive revenue generation efforts.

  • Own our sales processes and optimizations from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Own the lifecycle management of Breef Customers - developing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion to maximize lifetime value and retention.

  • Oversee our operational tech stack and systems, ensuring we are up to date with the right tools to support scale and operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with leadership and the larger organization - working closely with leadership teams across finance, operations, product, and marketing to drive revenue initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.

You'll be successful in this role if you have…
  • 7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, Software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity. High-growth startup setting a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels - and various levers and synergies between ‘traditional’ sales.

  • Extensive experience with Hubspot and proficiency in standard revenue operations tools and technologies. Ideal experience includes marketing automation, CRMs, sales engagement and revenue analytics platforms.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments. Prior experience presenting to an executive board is a plus.

You'll enjoy this role if you are …

  • Passionate about innovation and being at the forefront of industry-changing organizations.

  • Obsessed with the ever evolving digital landscape - driven by the challenge (and opportunity) it provides.

  • Drawn to startup settings (over large corporations) - as they drive a culture of innovation and ownership.

  • Are highly organized and process-oriented. You can thrive in a constantly changing environment.

  • Competitive - driven by the next milestone and metric - and expect your team to be the same.

  • Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative startup team.

‍Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • Opportunity for extreme growth and ownership within the organization

  • Salary base between $120-160K (depending on experience)

  • Bonus incentives for achieving revenue targets

  • Equity in a fast-growth startup

  • Generous vacation and hybrid-remote policy

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
