The Growth Analyst supports capture efforts by producing decision-support artifacts from source documents, using Excel and AI tools for effective organization and analysis of information.

This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with Client Executives and other Growth team members to support capture execution through disciplined document analysis, source file mining, and artifact development. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in Excel, sound judgment when using AI tools such as ChatGPT, and the ability to organize large volumes of information into reliable, usable outputs.
This role supports capture but does not own capture strategy, customer engagement, or pursuit decisions; however, it provides the Growth team confidence on go/no-go criteria.
Responsibilities
- Develop capability matrices from PWS, SOW, and solicitation-related documents to support rapid and disciplined opportunity qualification.
- Dissect solicitation requirements into granular elements and organize them into structured Excel-based working files.
- Compare opportunity requirements against historical performance documents, prior PWS and SOW files, and other internal source materials to identify demonstrated capability alignment.
- Produce gap analyses that help Client Executives understand where Xenith has strong experience alignment and where partnering or other mitigation may be required.
- Use Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate document mining, requirements extraction, comparison, and artifact development while validating outputs against source documents for accuracy.
- Locate, compile, and organize source files needed to support capture assessments, including past performance materials, historical contract documents, and related internal records.
- Support development of competitive analysis inputs, data call responses, Requests for Information, and other pre-proposal Growth artifacts as assigned.
- Provide structured support for past performance volume development and related proposal inputs when needed, while remaining aligned to the Growth organization.
- Maintain organized working files and repeatable artifact-development practices that improve capture speed and consistency across pursuits.
- Attend Growth meetings for awareness of priorities, support requests from Client Executives, and provide responsive execution support across the Growth team.
- BS or BA and/or two (2) additional years of related analytical experience.
- Entry Level (0-2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately across large volumes of source material.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT productively and responsibly as part of a document-based workflow.
- Practical working proficiency in Excel, including the ability to organize data, structure working files, and support repeatable artifact development.
- Ability to review solicitation and contract-related documents, extract relevant information, and organize findings into clear internal support artifacts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness in locating, compiling, and organizing information from multiple internal sources.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Growth leadership and Client Executives while operating in a support role.
