Job Description:

Our Account Manager will play a key role in revenue growth and customer retention, supporting the expansion of our Elite Cloud SaaS platform within an existing customer base. This remote position is ideal for a strategic and relationship-driven professional who excels in consultative sales and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering long-term value to law firm clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Elite Cloud platform.
  • Lead strategic account planning and proactively manage customer renewals.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client needs and present solution-based recommendations.
  • Execute a structured sales process and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales playbook.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Track pipeline, activities, and account insights using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support account growth and retention.
  • Stay current on legal tech trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving ARR growth.
  • Experience managing renewals, growing accounts, and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and executive engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach, appointment-setting, and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple accounts and initiatives.
