We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to develop and lead the vision and strategy of our Partner product group. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of business strategy and product innovation to support HubSpot’s continued growth.

The Partner product group exists to accelerate the success of our partner ecosystem by obsessing over their growth. In this role, your mission is to make HubSpot the best place for partners to grow their business. We need a seasoned product leader with a passion for partners and ecosystems, with experience solving for partners, who thrives when operating in cross-functional environments. Your goal is to drive efficiency, unlock opportunities, and reward value for partners and internal partner stakeholders alike.

This Group Product Manager will be leading a team of PMs responsible for a suite of products and features that are critical to both partners and our internal teams that support them. This work includes:

  • Activate, enable, and retain HubSpot's Partners to win customers and drive revenue
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue and growth through products that support in prospecting, marketing, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Develop partner-facing products and capabilities for shared selling, services, rewards, and growth
  • Drive AI initiatives to grow partner programs from acquisition to onboarding, growth, selling and servicing - focusing on self-serve, intelligence and automation
  • Improve operational processes and collaboration with internal stakeholders like Partner Ops & Strategy

The Partner group is a critical part of HubSpot’s long term strategy. This group is instrumental in ensuring our internal users have the tools they need to be successful and ultimately help HubSpot grow through our thousands of partners. In this role, the GPM will be responsible for creating and executing on the vision of how we best solve for our partners, maintaining a high bar for product quality while driving an excellent partner experience throughout the product. If you are a leader skilled in marrying product strategy with the growth of your company, have extensive partner or ecosystem experience, are obsessed with AI, and have demonstrable experience in scaling high performing product teams, we want to talk to you.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work in alignment with partners in UX and Engineering to create the greatest value and usability for our customers and partners
  • Use data to identify opportunities, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make these solutions for our customers and partners

We are looking for people who have:

  • A passion for building exemplary partner or ecosystem products
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, go-to-market teams and partner ecosystems (from solution to app partners)
  • A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)
  • Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders
  • A deep focus on understanding our partners and making their experience personalized and better
  • Implemented new ways of integrating AI into everyday processes and products that drive efficiency and create value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend your ideas to key stakeholders
  • Data-driven orientation and growth mindset
  • Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and empathy, and to foster a sense of team and mission
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Someone who can add to the culture of the product team and cares about diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Cash compensation range: 224790-359664 USD Annually

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$224,790$359,664 USD
