OVERVIEW:
OVERVIEW:
- Define vision, goals and objectives for Data Science and Machine Learning portfolio, establishing jointly with business and technical and Data Science leaders, the outcomes related to Data Science models, production of those assets and incorporation across various groups (Athlete analytics, Data Science & ML, Data Engineering)
- Senior product leader in DS who delivers value around the overall output of various DS models that cross business domains including omni-channel marketing, media, enterprise supply chain, product and merchandising and other core business needs
- Designs, pilots and scales functionality in support of execution across various domains including DS model output to activating productional models in support of enhancing Athlete and Teammate experience while continuously innovating across enterprise teams
- Establishes orchestration alongside DS leaders to develop and scale operational DS models in service of enterprise needs, including advanced audience support for DICK’s media, enhancement of personalization and various requirements that raise Teammate output
- Develops and leads a DS and ML roadmap with release planning, technology and data platform enhancement informing establishing a backlog and dependencies while deploying agile best practices
- Ensure product delivery in accordance with targets and OKRs, including impact, costs, and timelines
- Inspires, develops and grow distinctive talent in data and ML engineering, analytics and AI across multiple teams
- Build relationships and communicate with leadership teams & stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, E-comm, Media, Stores, Customer success) to ensure alignment of vision, goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
10-15 years of experience, including 10 - 12 years of ecommerce or relevant experience, prefer product management or digital strategy with retail, mobile or enterprise commerce platforms.

Targeted Pay Range: $114,300.00 - $190,500.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
