About The Role
As Product Group Lead for Omnichannel, you’ll own one of the most strategic areas within monday CRM: creating the next generation of AI-powered communication and engagement experiences. You’ll set the vision and drive strategy across conversational AI, email, chat, and multi-channel orchestration—helping sales teams engage personally, at scale.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage senior PMs, partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM, and deliver breakthrough products that generate adoption, stickiness, and revenue growth. You’ll need to think like a founder—bringing creativity, bold vision, and relentless ownership to a space with no clear playbook.
What You’ll Do
- Set the long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered omnichannel engagement in monday CRM—enabling seamless, scalable, human-centric sales conversations.
- Lead and grow a team of senior PMs, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and measurable impact.
- Build and scale conversational AI tools that augment sales workflows—enhancing personalization while maintaining efficiency at scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, marketing, and customer success to deliver solutions that drive adoption and monetization.
- Leverage experimentation, metrics, and customer insights to shape roadmap decisions and prioritize what matters most.
- Represent Monday CRM externally—articulating the product vision and showcasing thought leadership in AI and customer engagement.
The Impact
This is your chance to define how AI transforms customer engagement in CRM. Your work will directly shape the sales experience for tens of thousands of customers worldwide, while building a scalable foundation for a $100M+ ARR product line that’s just getting started.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4–5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in building and scaling customer-facing SaaS products (CRM, communication platforms, or workflow tools).
- Experience with AI-powered products (conversational AI, automation, LLMs, personalization engines).
- Strategic leader: able to balance bold long-term vision with pragmatic short-term wins.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of tying product work to business outcomes.
- Strong communicator and influencer, trusted by executives, peers, and engineers alike.
- Entrepreneurial and founder mentality—creative, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building from 0 to 1 and scaling.
- Background in SaaS, AI, or customer engagement platforms strongly preferred.
