- Own the relationship with senior global & zone-level STP stakeholders
- Lead MBO & Target alignment across GBS, Global & Zone STP teams
- Define & implement a globally aligned operating & interaction model between GBS, Global & Zone BU STP teams
- Drive the Customer satisfaction agenda across GBS STP teams
- Own the implementation of KHMS globally for STP teams
- Drive business value projects in collaboration with the zone & global procurement team, GPS, & BPO teams.
Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you:
- 8-10+ years SCM Operational & Transformational roles.
- Experience working in global or regional roles like CoE.
- Customer Centric & Customer Service Approach
- Leadership: proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Zone Partners, SMEs, and Process Excellence.
- Strategic thinking: ability to align processes with the broader business strategy and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Process management: expertise in process standardization, optimization, and alignment with organizational skills
- Continuous improvement: strong focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and value delivery through process management
- Education: Degree in Procurement, Finance, Operations, or related fields.
- Governance: knowledge of compliance, KI development, and governance frameworks
- Proficient and broad technology skills including SAP HANA, Ariba, Coupa or other procurement software and tools preferred.
- CPSM or CPSD certification is a plus
- IOFM - Institute of Finance and Management or similar certifications
