Real Chemistry is looking for a Group Director, Integrated Growth Lead join our growing team!  

We are seeking dynamic, strategic and highly collaborative individual to join our new business team as a Group Director, Integrated Growth Lead, reporting to our Head of Strategy and Transformation. The Integrated Growth Lead will lead high stake new business pitches and major organic opportunities across our healthcare portfolio.  This role will serve as the architect and driver of the pitch process, ensuring integrated, compelling responses that reflect our agencies strengths our capabilities. 

The Integrated Growth Leaf will play a pivotal role in shaping our agency’s first impression – translating client briefs into winning stories that showcase our differentiated thinking, creativity and understanding of the healthcare landscape.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Collaborate with Client Leads, Growth Leaders, and other senior leaders to lead and manage the end-to-end pitch process from RFI/RFP through to final presentation – for both new business and major organic opportunities. 
  • Translate client briefs into strategic frameworks and pitch narratives that align with client needs and agency capabilities.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to develop a unified and differentiated point of view and champion an integrated approach across all capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain timelines, deliverables and workflows for pitch teams.
  • Keep leadership and key stakeholders informed of progress, risks and needs.
  • Oversee development of all pitch materials including written proposals, decks, videos and live presentations.
  • Drive post-pitch debriefs and learnings to refine and optimize future pitch processes.
  • Track and report pitch win rates, learnings and performance trends
  • Identify the right case studies for new business meetings and strategize effectively.
  • Work with the marketing team in identifying and managing relevant new business-related award submissions, including agency and sector awards.
  • Own creds and case studies across all disciplines, working closely with account teams to ensure they are up to date.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential new clients, their market, competitors, and recent news to support pitching teams across the agency.

What you should have:  

  • 7-12 plus years in an advertising, communications or similar agency environment – preferably with experience in both HCP and patient marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading successful pitches in a fast-paced agency environment. 
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels and agency landscape. 
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and adept to managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with new business data and reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor landscapes.

Pay Range: $180,000 - $210,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
