Company Overview: Bold AI is an AI transformation company. We help enterprises use AI to change how they work, get found inside AI answers, and create content at scale. We build the platforms that make it real.

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer on Bold AI's Flywheel team, you design with AI as a native part of your toolkit and finish in Adobe. You work fast across the Creative and Production phases, taking a brief from concept to on-brand, platform-native execution at a volume that would be impossible by hand. You produce for named enterprise accounts, hold the line on brand, and feed every learning back into the system so each cycle starts sharper than the last.

About the Flywheel Platform: Flywheel is our proprietary platform that runs the content supply chain end to end. Our production team operates it, and you design inside it every day. It ingests a brand from a URL or brand book into a structured, prompt-ready profile (palette, tone, audience, visual direction), then lets you brief and generate across multiple models from one workspace. You organize, compare, and approve output in Collections, run an automated brand-fit and brand-safety check with Persona Lens, repair AI artifacts with Pixel Fix, and upscale to final delivery resolution. A production calendar keeps every asset and deadline on track, and one-click export ships shareable review links.

The stack you'll work in: Flywheel, Superscale, Luma, Open Art AI, Higgsfield, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, Linear, and Topaz.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in our time zone, EST, Toronto Canada

  • Design across formats: social, motion, static campaign, brand systems, and presentation

  • Use AI image and video tools to generate, iterate, and atomize concepts at high throughput inside Flywheel

  • Take generated output the last mile in Adobe: retouching, compositing, type, layout, and finishing to brand standard

  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, style references, and templates that raise first-pass yield across the team

  • Hold the line on brand across hundreds of executions for accounts like Nature Fresh Farms and Samsung

  • Keep work on-brand and platform-native, never generic AI output

  • Partner with the Creative Director and brand and production leads inside production pods

  • Feed learnings back into Flywheel so each cycle starts sharper and the system gets smarter

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio across digital, social, and brand design

  • Daily, hands-on command of AI design tools across image, video, and upscaling; you adopt new models fast (our stack includes Luma, Higgsfield, Open Art AI, Superscale, and Topaz)

  • Deep Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects

  • A finishing eye that tells a good generation from a finished asset and closes the gap

  • Comfort with high throughput; you produce volume without dropping quality

  • Brand discipline to carry a client's visual identity across large execution counts

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience in agency, in-house, or studio settings

Nice to Have

  • Figma fluency

  • Motion and short-form video editing (After Effects, Premiere, Runway)

  • Experience building or maintaining design systems and template libraries

  • Comfort reading creative performance signals and adjusting output accordingly

Role Details

  • Team: Flywheel

  • Focus: On-brand, platform-native design at high throughput across digital initiatives

  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with international stakeholders
