Position Title: Graphic Designer

Department: POS

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Method of Work: Requires in Person   Attendance at Our Facility

        

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the POS Coordinator. 

Summary: This position is responsible for conceptualizing and creating a variety of marketing materials for print. This position is also responsible for managing projects from concept through execution and will ensure that all communications align with Great Bay standards and its brands. In addition, this position will provide creative input and communications support to departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

· Create daily sign requests for On and Off Premise departments.

· Create KAM sign requests.

· Create signs for the Venue Department.

· Produces signage and graphic materials in alignment with established daily and weekly production requirements

· Ensure all signs/promotional materials meet GBD requirements.

· Maintain proper workflow in the sign shop.

· Maintain an organized and production-ready sign shop, including weekly maintenance of machinery, equipment, and supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

· Compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity rules and guidelines.

· Ability to appear at work as scheduled, mindful of the company’s attendance policies.

· Ability to accept direction from managers and supervisors.

Secondary Duties

· Respond to e-mails and special requests.

· Receive POS when necessary (Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries of signage materials, promotional items, and other products arriving from vendors).

· Assist sign shop in other location if necessary (Holiday or St. Pete).

· Attend all required company meetings.

· Must follow all company policies and procedures, must comply with State beverage regulations and Great Bay’s safety program.

· Must follow instruction.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None

Customer Service Skills: Possess people skills to maintain strict inventory control and distribution and work cooperatively with supervisors and sales staff. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to relate well with co-workers, supervisors, and customers. Ability to exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Knowledge/Skills and Abilities: 

· Computer skills to include proficiency/knowledge in CorelDraw, & M365 Programs such as Outlook, Teams, etc. and any other graphic design program. 

· Be able to organize all programs in a professional manner. 

· Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. 

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

· Ability to multi-task, often with deadlines. 

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Able to lift 40-50 pounds to shelf height, as stock is stored.

Working Conditions: The work environment is indoors under fluorescent lighting. Moderate noise level with machines and printers in workspace. Employees frequently work at a desk or computer station, with periodic standing, walking, and movement throughout the shop to operate equipment, retrieve materials, or complete production tasks.
