We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support this transformation and help modernize our visual systems, assets, and promotional materials at scale now and ongoing.Job DescriptionThe Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing our new brand to life during a major rebrand, while also contributing creatively to campaigns, launches, and other promotional initiatives. This role is for a designer who enjoys both sides of the craft: building clean, consistent systems and also making things that are genuinely fun and satisfying to design.You’ll spend your time across two main types of work:
- Layout- and brand-driven design, like brochures, sell sheets, presentations, and core marketing materials that need to be precise, consistent, and production-ready.
- More creative design work, like campaign assets, promotional materials, and supporting visuals where you get to explore ideas, shape concepts, and make things look great on purpose, not just by accident.
- Design and redesign marketing materials in alignment with evolving brand guidelines during a company-wide rebrand
- Apply brand standards consistently while exercising sound judgment when guidance is incomplete or evolving
- Serve as a brand guardian, helping ensure visual consistency across all deliverables
- Create and maintain high-quality layouts including brochures, flyers, sell sheets, spec sheets, presentations (must be able to leverage PowerPoint due to the company tech stack), and other marketing collateral, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables
- Execute both structured brand-driven design and creative promotional design for campaigns and launches
- Redesign legacy assets to improve usability, consistency, and future update efficiency
- Prepare production-ready files that follow industry best practices
- Contribute to creative concepting and visual direction for campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Manage and organize digital assets to support efficient reuse and long-term scalability
- Balance multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities without sacrificing quality
- Use Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects, ensuring work is well-organized, visible, and delivered on time
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and timing to stakeholders
- Ensure files are accurate, well-organized, version-controlled, and production-ready, demonstrating strong attention to detail across layouts, typography, spacing, and brand application
- Partner closely with marketing leadership and creative teammates to align visual output with strategic goals
- Provide thoughtful, respectful pushback when needed to improve outcomes
- Accept feedback and coaching while maintaining accountability for deliverables
- Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Strong presentation design experience in PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Layout-driven design
- Brand consistency
- Creative range across different asset types
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work at one time with accuracy and speed
- Experience working in Asana or similar project management tools to manage design workflows and deadlines
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in layout-heavy, brand-driven design work
- Comfort working with imperfect or inherited files and improving them to best-practice standards
- Strong communication skills and proactive working style
- Familiarity with asset management best practices
- Exposure to B2B environments
- Confident and respectful communicator
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Passionate about quality work and continuous improvement
- Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to advocate for strong design decisions while staying collaborative

$70,000/year + Performance Incentive Compensation (5-10% of Salary)
