How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will support a wide range of visual communication and storytelling needs across relevant audiences and channels . The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with scientific and data visualization tools, particularly GraphPad Prism.
- Corporate & Scientific Design
- Design compelling scientific, clinical, and corporate presentations, posters, publications, educational materials, and digital media content that translate complex concepts and data into clear, engaging visuals for a broad range of external and internal audiences.
- Internal Communications
- Create graphics for internal messaging initiatives such as all-hands meetings, company intranet pages, and onboarding materials that reinforces company culture and strategic messaging.
- Digital & Web Assets
- Develop social media graphics and website visuals that align with brand guidelines and scientific integrity.
- Event & Conference Support
- Design materials for scientific conferences, including posters/presentations, booth graphics, educational materials, and digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with event specifications (e.g., resolution, dimensions, content structure).
- Scientific Visualization
- Familiarity with tools such as GraphPad Prism (required), Spotfire, PyMOL, ChemDraw, RStudio, and 3D animation software to generate and collaborate on data-driven visuals.
- Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to ensure accuracy and clarity in visual outputs.
- Brand Stewardship
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials in line with corporate branding.
- Manage company templates, logo suite, and style guides.
- Contribute to Corporate Communications design initiatives and the evolution of the company’s visual identity.
Skills and experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Biomedical Visualization, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience with GraphPad Prism for scientific data visualization.
- Familiarity with visualization and programming tools such as Spotfire, ChemDraw, PyMOL, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, and RStudio.
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate scientific and corporate concepts into visual formats.
- Familiarity with medical and scientific concepts and ability to work with cross-functional teams including research, clinical development and operations, G&A, and leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation
- Kymera offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both results and capabilities through market-based, performance-driven pay.
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $200,000, with eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
- Actual salary is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate’s depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.
