Raintree Systems is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life across digital and print. You’ll play a key role in supporting corporate marketing initiatives with smart, strategic design that drives engagement and reinforces Raintree’s brand presence.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design compelling marketing assets including social media graphics, digital ads, sales presentations, web banners, print collateral, trade show signage, and infographics
- Create branded templates and layouts for Google Slides and PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with the content, digital, and product marketing teams to visualize campaigns and initiatives
- Support design needs for our website (WordPress) and email marketing campaigns (HubSpot)
- Help evolve and maintain Raintree’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and creativity
Position Proficiencies and Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- A portfolio that showcases both creativity and an understanding of design for business/marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Experience designing for HubSpot and/or WordPress environments - Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create and edit presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint
Comfort working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table - Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to take and apply feedback
