The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling, professional, and visually engaging designs that support the company's brand, marketing, communications, and business objectives. This position works closely with marketing, communications, sales, product, and other departments to develop creative materials for digital and print use.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate ideas and business objectives into effective visual designs while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print media.
Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Design website graphics, landing-page visuals, banners, icons, and other digital content.
Create engaging social media graphics and visual content for multiple platforms.
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all creative materials.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Translate creative concepts, written content, and business requirements into effective visual designs.
Create logos, brand elements, templates, and other visual assets as needed.
Prepare files for digital publication and professional printing.
Edit and retouch photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
Select appropriate typography, colors, imagery, layouts, and design elements.
Maintain organized libraries of design files, images, templates, and brand assets.
Review designs for accuracy, consistency, spelling, formatting, and brand compliance.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Research current design trends and emerging visual communication practices.
Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
Work with printers, vendors, photographers, developers, and other external partners when necessary.
Assist with presentations, trade-show materials, packaging, signage, and special projects.
Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
Previous professional graphic design experience or equivalent portfolio.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency with professional design software.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
Experience with web design or basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design and prototyping tools.
Experience with photography, photo editing, motion graphics, or video editing.
Experience developing brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
Experience working in a marketing, advertising, agency, or corporate environment.
