The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs that support the company's branding, marketing, advertising, communications, and business objectives. The role involves developing digital and print materials, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with internal teams, and transforming concepts and ideas into effective visual content.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials.
Create graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, newsletters, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Create social media graphics and visual content according to established brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across marketing and communication materials.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, management, and other departments to understand design requirements.
Review design briefs and translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
Edit and enhance photographs, images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and visual compositions.
Prepare final artwork for digital publication and professional printing.
Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, screen sizes, and marketing channels.
Make revisions based on feedback from clients, managers, or internal teams.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, fonts, images, and other creative assets.
Ensure all designs meet brand, quality, technical, and formatting requirements.
Assist with presentations, promotional campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
Stay informed about current design trends, digital content practices, and industry standards.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, dimensions, colors, images, and other design details.
Assist with basic video, animation, or motion graphics when required.
Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated graphic design experience.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with professional design and creative software, such as:

1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Work Environment
